If you want to feel like your agent has your back, this is the guy for you. John was very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of selling, as well as, building houses. That is a HUGE bonus that will likely lessen the chance of being mislead during buying process. He seems to ALWAYS respond to queries in a timely manner so you NEVER get that "left hanging" feeling. It is nice to feel like your agent will go to bat for you and not just roll over to make a buck. John helped us buy and sell our homes and when hiccups arose they were dealt with swiftly and with minimal fuss. I highly recommend him as your agent should you need one. I have bought a few houses in my life and this was a great experience where usually it is very stressful.
