Joe was very helpful with every aspect of my sale and purchase.
He gave excellent advice for everything from staging to pricing.
He got my asking price on my sale and a reduction on my purchase. He knew all the best buildings in my new area and gave me fast notification on what was available. He made it all so painless it was a pleasure working with him.
I would defiantly work with him again.
