I caught the real estate bug after getting married and buying our first condo in 2008. Since then we have moved up the property ladder four times. Starting in Vancouver West and moving Downtown and now to Steveston has been an exciting ride during the last few years. I have learned a lot during these times and have become a resource to family and friends in their home journeys as well.

Having the opportunity to change careers into something I am passionate about is very exciting and I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm with you. My focus is on residential properties as well as investing in real estate, I strongly believe in selling something fixed not something broken. I have set a price per square foot record in every building I have owned in. Recently I fully renovated our house in the Village which I don't think we will ever leave! I enjoy building value by enhancing a property through thoughtful upgrades, decorating and improvements.

My previous 25+ years in corporate sales and management has provided me a lot of experience in long term relationships with clients, many of whom have become friends over the years.

When I am not working I can be usually found in Steveston with my wife and two daughters as well as our Boston Terrier, Mochi.
