If I had to explain what a great real estate agent should be like, Jennifer Queen would come to mind. Prior to deciding on an agent, we reviewed a fair number of them online and decided on three for a face to face. Jennifer struck us immediately as very professional, knowledgeable, organized and personable. After deciding on her, Jennifer went straight to work and had our place organized and ready within 3 days (staging, pictures, and listing on MLS) of signing the contract. As we were out of town during all this, Jennifer kept us in the loop at each step of the process. Through her, we were kept informed each time someone wanted to see the house and provided reviews on what their view of our place was. The house sold in less than 2 weeks and Jennifer guided us through the process on how to close the deal and find a lawyer. Not only that, but she went above and beyond the call of duty with information and assistance. This was very unexpected, but much appreciated and helped us tremendously.
