We are so grateful to have had Frank help us successfully move from a smaller home to a bigger one. Meeting Frank was actually unexpected. We first met him at an open house last year, where we casually shared our situation. He kindly offered to come take a look and see how he could help. After meeting with my husband, we both felt he was very sincere and that we shared similar perspectives, which gave us the confidence to ask him to sell our home. Even though we live in Surrey and Frank is based in another city, he made the effort to come every week to host open houses for us. We truly appreciated his dedication. He is friendly, approachable, and proactive in talking to visitors to identify potential buyers. Many of our neighbors got to know him, and even our upstairs neighbor—who was also selling their home—complimented him multiple times. Despite the challenging market last year, Frank remained positive and supportive, while also helping us stay grounded and prepared. We were able to sell our apartment and quickly move on to finding our new home. Throughout the buying process, he was patient and helped us communicate and negotiate effectively with the seller. In the end, everything went smoothly, and we successfully transitioned into our new home. We are now happily settled in, and we truly appreciate all the hard work Frank put in for our family.
