About Hao-Heng Frank Fu
I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan before immigrated to Vancouver Canada in 1995. I spent 3 years adjusting to the new environment and culture while completing local high school. After graduating, I attended Simon Fraser University, where I completed a Bachelor of Art in Economics.
I spent my early career years working with one of the major Canadian financial institutions in assisting clients with daily wealth and financing needs and connecting them with the ideal resources within the institution. I’ve learned how financial institutions underwrite lending under various situations, and various tools banks help clients build their clients wealth. While working in the banking industry, I strived to enhance my professional knowledge by completing Financial Planning Associate Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and various education in investment and wealth management.
I have always dreamed to own my business and I finally listen to my entrepreneur call by becoming a real estate advisor. After obtaining my license in 2015, I have been focusing on enhancing and ensuring client experience during one of the most important decisions in their lifetime. I earned ample certificates, including Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Senior’s Real Estate Specialist Certificate (SRES), and many other educations relating to real estate In order to best assist clients in various needs.
I am honoured to call Vancouver my home, where I started my family, made new friends, and built my career. As a foreign student and immigrant, I understand the obstacles and challenges newcomers face daily when arriving in a new country. Being multi-lingual (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese), allows me to mindfully listen and transparently communicate with clients, which are always my top priorities. Accompanies With a background of financial and wealth management, I can bring new perspectives to various real estate decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading good books, listening to music, and having a good cup of java.
