I hadn’t bought or sold a home in a long time. Michelle helped me navigate both, to tackle selling a large carriage-trade home and buying a bungalow within a very specific area in Tuxedo. I chose Michelle on the basis of excellent reviews. She met my high expectations. Her many skills and tools include: a wide network of peer real estate agents, home stagers, real estate lawyers and potential home sellers; rapid retrieval of info on the current and past housing market; quick responsiveness to queries and consistent follow-through; indepth knowledge of home maintenance, and practicality regarding home improvements from the buyer and seller perspective. Michelle gently guided my decisions, and was always courteous and punctual, and calming! She obtained feedback on virtually all showings of my home. Finally, when I took possession, she met me at my new house to do a walk through. A nice touch to a happy ending of a stressful house selling-buying journey.

She was patient and thorough in explaining every step in the process. She went far above any beyond in coordinating tradespeople when I had pressing commitments. Every trade or professional she recommended was top notch. This is my fourth time using a realtor. Michelle Saltel has by far been the best.
