We used Michelle to purchase our condo. We had never met Michelle before & when we met she was very nice and always helpful. Whenever we asked to see property she set up appointments quickly and was always available to work around our schedule. She was very knowledgeable on places and areas. The offer and document signing was seem less with her explaining everything along the way. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a great agent who is very helpful.

We decided to sell at short notice at a bad time (winter). Michelle guided us through every stage of the process from preparing to show, found us a buyer and took us through every stage of negotiations and approval with great diplomatic skill and a satisfactory result for all concerned.
