As a first-time house seller in the real estate market, I wanted the entire experience and took the time to interview realtors. Karen Keveryga was my last interview but my first choice and I could not have found a better realtor more suited to my desires in the sale of the house I grew up in. What makes her stand out? For me, she was onboard with: who I felt the market would be, she has the connections to the target market, she knows the area as she also lived around the area at one point, she knows the local amenities/schools/commute routes that were good features of where the product is, she was patient to explain each step, and constantly ensured me that she is listening to my directions. She is very professional, respects your time, and I love her enthusiasm. Can’t say enough positive about her, I had a lot of fun selling the house and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.

Karen did a fantastic job helping me find and purchase my first home! She was very patient as we looked through many properties, and help identify the positives and negatives of each individual home.
