We came from Ontario and had to buy our new home without actually seeing it in person. Karen, with all of her expertise - virtual and technological - made sure that it was as close an experience to "real life" as it could be - having to be our eyes. She always made sure that if we had any questions that they got answered immediately. She also goes that extra mile for her clients and gets things done that should be done that we might not have thought of ourselves! Working with people from out of province who are unable to come out and see places must present a whole new set of challenges on top of the regular ones - ones that Karen rose to beautifully and always cheerfully! We are very pleased with our new home - and we know that this is Karen's bottom line - her client's satisfaction. She was obviously born to have this career and we feel extremely fortunate that our friend recommended her. Thank you so much Karen for all of your hard work on our behalf!!

Karen is exceptional. She is genuinely concerned about us getting a place that fits our preferences. It is not about sales for Karen. She created an excellent connection during the process, making us friends after the sales. She is honest and will tell you what not to buy and why she thinks so. Karen is dedicated to what she does. She is available anytime during the day to pick up her phone. She is a good negotiator, and when she speaks with the seller's realtor, you will think she is negotiating a deal for herself. Karen had suggested I should consider this neighbourhood some time ago and when I started looking in earnest, she identified a prospect that had recently been taken off the market. I was interested and she pursued the opportunity with the realtor and succeeded in getting the owners to list again, and eventually orchestrated a sale. Her initiative and diligence, enabled me to relocate to a community that I find very appealing and will enjoy for many years to come.
