Karen really listens to what her clients are looking for and truly puts her clients first. We always felt as though we were her only client. We were selling and buying in a relatively short timeframe, we had a good idea of the area we wanted to be in, the style of home we were looking for and of course, the amount we wanted to spend. Karen would provide listings that fit our criteria for what we were looking for and didn't ever try to take us to look at houses that were out of our price range, not our style or in an area that wouldn't suit our lifestyle. When looking at homes, Karen was always honest in her feedback and she always provides data to support what the market is showing even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear. She wanted to ensure that we were getting what we wanted at the price we wanted. She keeps you informed at every step in the process and is always willing to answer a call, text or email when you have a question, are looking for info or a recommendation. She provides balance when you let your emotions sneak in to the transaction, she listens and always wants to do what is best for her client. We will continue to go to Karen for all of our Real Estate transactions, it's always a great experience.

I was very glad to have met Karen approximately 8 years ago at an open house. She made the selling of my previous home less daunting and the purchasing of a new home, enjoyable. She is knowledgeable, professional, and you will find her going well above and beyond in the service she provides. Karen Keveryga is everything you'd hope for in a realtor, and seriously so so much more. Her truly "client-first" approach should not be underestimated. We were lucky to also have her husband Cliff as our home inspector - he saved us thousands of dollars in future repair work that the seller's realtor was unaware of. These two are an awesome combo!
