Jeremy's dedication to finding us the perfect property was absolutely amazing; he went above and above negotiating on our behalf with other realtors while displaying an incredible level of professionalism. He is punctual and a great communicator; he answered all of our questions and requests in minutes and was always empathetic when we lost an offer on a house. Jeremy did a fantastic job for us. We sold my father-in-laws place with Jeremy after he passed. This was a stressful time for us as we were both grieving and lived 4 hours away. Jeremy would go to the house for us to let cleaners in, people who needed to fix things. He made it so we didn't have to make the trip each time. Well dressed, well spoken, and not to mention, handsome as hek, Jeremy has a way of making it feel like you're purchasing a house with a friend and not just a realtor. His friendly smile and respectful attitude are so welcoming for a first time home buyer such as myself. He's focused on getting you exactly what you're looking and doesn't ever make you feel pushed. He has his finger on the pulse and knows a great deal when he see's one. There to hold your hand though the entire process if you're new, and never more than a phone call or a text message away, Jeremy made the process of buying my first home go super smooth and i coulnd't thank him enough. Jeremy helped us purchase a home in July which was not an easy accomplishment! He accommodated us with our preferences, back and forth negotiation with the other realtor, and knowledge of the neighbourhood.

Jeremy was AWESOME !! As first time home buyers/owners we were nervous and had a lot of questions but Jeremy was able to answer them all.
