Jeremy was AWESOME !! As first time home buyers/owners we were nervous and had a lot of questions but Jeremy was able to answer them all. He was always readily available to help or communicate with us. He even showed us a home on his birthday when we were only in town for a few hours !! I cannot say enough good things.

Jeremy was an absolute pleasure to work with; he was flexible but realistic, consistently responsive, and unwaveringly professional. When we had previously tried to list our condo through another agency, it sat on the market for 10 months without even a single offer - with Jeremy, we had an offer within weeks and sold it in just three months. We highly recommend that anyone trying to sell a condo in Edmonton enlist Jeremy as their realtor.

Jeremy took us on when he knew we had a quick turn around time. We told him we were needing to move within a month or so, and he made it his goal to get it sold. When there was no movement for a few weeks, he gave suggestions on what we should do next to make the house more desirable or seen on the market.
