When we had previously tried to list our condo through another agency, it sat on the market for 10 months without even a single offer - with Jeremy, we had an offer within weeks and sold it in just three months. Jeremy took us on when he knew we had a quick turn around time. We told him we were needing to move within a month or so, and he made it his goal to get it sold. When there was no movement for a few weeks, he gave suggestions on what we should do next to make the house more desirable or seen on the market.
