James took the time to get to know both of us, how we think make decisions. He has a lot of patience to help us to learn how the market works and different properties and area types. This helped us to eventually take the plunge with confidence. James is an exceptional communicator and networker, he leaves no stone unturned, he knew who to ask to seamlessly answer our questions and facilitate viewings. He has good connections with great people in the different trades. During the negotiation process we trusted his advice to help us make a deal with speed and minimal stress. We feel like we made good use of his deep background in the Vancouver market, intrinsic knowledge of the different neighborhoods and his connections in the industry.

James was amazing from start to finish. As we were first time home buyers, he made sure to take the time to walk us through every detail.
