James is a knowledgeable, patient and fun realtor to work with. He is professional and offers in time listing with what I needed. He is especially knowledgeable with the downtown core and know the buildings well. He is also patient when an offer did not work out or when I change my requirement which is a very important trait for a realtor to have. I enjoyed working with him and definitely recommend his service to others.
