Realtor on Autopilot! We talked to quite a few realtors before we decided to give the task to sell our Yaletown condo to James Litman. James was the only one where we felt genuinely comfortable because from the very beginning he spent much time to understand our needs, our preferences and limitations to what we were willing to do and agree to during the transaction. He really sweated the details and kept all of these matters under control. Once James reaches altitude in the selling (or buying...) process everything runs on Autopilot, preparing the condo, organized schedules, marketing activities on traditional and social media. As a result we sold fast and James generated a significant amount of interested buyer traffic. Not a small achievement in today's difficult market conditions. Communication skills were great and we always felt in the loop. On top of all, he is a very nice guy and pleasant to work with.
