She has everything that we wanted in an agent on paper: lots of experience, fluent in English and Chinese, knowledge of our neighbourhood, a friendly and professional demeanor, and great marketing tools. Jacki swiftly arranged staging consultations, photos, 3D tour, and cleaners to get our house listed. She gave specific recommendations for easy improvements that we could do ourselves. Throughout the process, she advised us on strategy based on our needs. She got us multiple offers in a slow market, and then we had the misfortune of choosing difficult buyers with their own wildly incompetent agent. Having Jacki As my real estate agent was the best decision ever in buying and selling my house. Jacki helped me twice when selling my condo and moved to Stouffville in 2015 and now selling my house in Stouffville and move to Burlington. Even with the current difficult housing market, she still sold my house “Over Asking”!!! Even when we stress out, she kept calm and guide us.
