(Because buying a home is the biggest purchase in your life!) She is a person who started off as our agent, but now we feel that she is a true family friend!! <p>I believe it was in February 2015, I interviewed four agents to sell my home. Although they were all good in many ways, Jacki stood out in every way right from the start. I had that gut feeling I couldn't shake off and I was so right!! Yes, I chose Jacki and she didn't disappoint! From the very beginning her professionalism, communication skills and knowledge came through but, what piqued me most of all was her never wavering confidence. I was a little nervous trusting a complete stranger but through it all, Jacki kept saying "Trust me, you are in good hands" She kept me calm during times when I was anxious and kept reassuring me that she will do her best to get me a good and fair price for my home. She did better than her best! Of course my home sold for way more than I expected and within a week. Needless to say, I was ecstatic. She worked with my timing, was patient and understanding. Jacki is friendly and her honesty shines through. Even though she has many clients, you get the feeling that you are the only one as at no time did I ever feel neglected or unimportant. The exposure Jacki brought to my house was astounding! Her stager and staging were amazing. My overall experience was extremely positive and I would choose Jacki over and over again if I ever need to. To conclude: CHOOSE JACKI and BE HAPPY</p>
