Originally we were not planning to stick to an agent, but Day 1 when we met Georgiana, we knew we don't have to look any further. She was more like a consultant for us. 1. She is knowledgeable and meticulous in her observation of the real estate properties. 2. Never created any pressure. I think we took longer than usual but she never appeared frustrated. 3. When were skeptical she patiently clarified all our doubts. 4. When we were tempted to overpay just to close the deal, she acted as an advisor, and informed us about our incorrect estimates. With Georgiana you are in safe hands!

We first met Georgiana in 2012 when she helped us find our first home (and as first time home buyers, we needed a lot of hand holding!). Georgiana was personable, knowledgeable and walked us through every step and helped us find our first home! Flash forward 8 years and 3 kids later when we decided to move, there was no question at all that we would work with Georgiana again. Georgiana not only sold our home in a professional, efficient and timely manner (and for a great price) but also connected us with her colleague who helped us buy our new home in another town! Georgiana has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we recommend her 100%!

Georgiana helped us buy our first home and we cannot say enough good things about her and her work! Each step of the way Georgiana was able to answer any questions that we had, as well as teach us about all of the many factors that we just weren't fully aware of (being our first home purchase) The market was quite frustrating for us while trying to find a home that would suit our needs, as there were multiple bidding wars and houses selling 125k+ over asking. Georgiana went above and beyond with searching for additional homes to go see on showing days, and finally found us a perfect home that checked off all of our wants. Georgiana has also helped so many of our friends and family find houses. Every single one of us have all been so happy with her work and would all recommend her as a realtor!
