What a wonderful, calm experience I had with Georgiana. She explained all aspects of buying a condominium which was a new endeavor for me. No question on my part was insignificant to her and I never felt rushed. From beginning to end, Georgiana was right there to help.

Georgiana is by far the most caring and skilled agent I have had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond the duties of an agent. Georgiana not only sold my house above asking in a tough market, but supported all the additional needs required to sell the property and help me find a suitable place to live with my girls. My wife and I were rather daunted by the prospect of finding a new condo and selling our existing place in the high-stakes Toronto real estate market. Georgiana used her considerable experience and knowledge to help us find an ideal new home. She answered every question we asked, provided critical guidance, and was always incredibly patient and understanding. When we finally found the place we wanted, she did a great job with the negotiations. Georgiana then helped guide us through preparing our condo for sale and putting in place a pricing strategy. It worked like a charm and, in spite of considerable competition, our condo sold right away at a price that more than met our expectations. Of Georgiana’s many good qualities, there are three that really stand out. First, she is incredibly knowledgeable about various neighbourhoods in the GTA and the real estate market. Second, she has terrific people skills that makes her excellent at understanding her client’s needs and negotiating with other parties. Finally, she is incredibly diligent and is willing to give her clients the time and attention they need. We highly recommend her.

We enjoyed working with Georgiana. She first helped our daughter and son in law find their first home. Then she helped our son look for his first home and about a year later when he decided he wanted to move downtown TO, she helped with the renting of the house and found him a condo in a very desirable area for his age group, or anyone's age group, it's a great location and size. As the parents we felt it was a good investment and purchased the condo for our son to live in. We're all very happy with the way things turned out and I'd definitely contact Georgiana in the future for our real estate needs. She was thorough and explained any questions and offered information we didn't think to ask. This is very important to know information upfront and not find out after the deal is made if it's not in your favour. She made our experience a pleasant one.
