This was my first sell. I had little knowledge of the process. I had been in contact with Georgiana for over a year prior to putting my property on the market. She was patient and very knowledgeable, regularly explaining the process and reviewing my options with me. She made herself available to me and offered relevant advice. Once I decided to put my property on the market, with her guidance, team, and network, it was sold in under a week.

Georgiana was SO helpful! We were first time homebuyers, in a crazy market, and we felt really taken care of by Georgiana. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was available around the clock to answer questions or book a showing. She was definitely our calm in the storm. I would recommend Georgiana to anyone/everyone!

Georgiana organized multiple viewings in the initial stages of this purchase. From then on was very responsive on any questions and handled small issues effectively and efficiently. It was a great experience working with her!
