Eric is the best in the business and one of the most pleasant person to work with. He is attentive, and really integrates his clients personalities and style into his property recommendations and advice. I dont know how he does it, but he always makes clients feel like he is available to them even though his schedule is packed! Eric is very patient and will guide you with ease through the stressful phases of finding and buying the right property for you even in a difficult market. He is incredibly knowledgeable about various areas of Calgary and will seek out any information you might require. He is upfront about potential trade-offs of a property to enable clients to make sound decisions. I could not recommend Eric enough.

Eric was an excellent choice as our Real Estate Agent. Eric helped us by arranging a walk through of our home with a Professional Stager. The companies he used to take pictures and measurements were very professional and fast. Eric also had great recommendations on a Lawyer and Home Cleaner. The sales process is challenging, but Eric was amazing throughout the whole process. We had an offer on the first day! We also bought our next home via Eric.
