Eric responded to my initial request within a few hours and scheduled a visit to my house the very next day. This was important as I was moving out of the province in a couple of days. The selling price suggested seemed a little higher than market, however, Eric discussed the strategy and market analysis with me after which I was comfortable. We accepted an offer 2 days after listing, which was a lot higher than I expected. Eric also made regular visits to the house as I was in another province and needed someone to check the property. Eric always was available to us in all the matter of the house, he gave to us excellent tips in how to get ready to sale and, also he provide to us information in where or who can do the repairs, in order to sale the house.
