After graduating from McMaster University in 2012, Carmen joined his family’s residential new home construction business, where he spent several years refining his expertise in design and construction. Working closely with clients throughout the building process allowed him to develop a deep understanding of their needs and preferences—a foundation that naturally led to his expansion into real estate sales. In 2017, Carmen became a licensed Realtor, further broadening the range of services offered by the family’s design/build firm.
