Carmen was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us sell our condo in Toronto in less than two weeks in a really struggling market. Carmen went above and beyond (i.e. setting up contractors to get the place ready, taking care of staging and photography, as well as coordinating with the building to make sure transition went smoothly, as we are moving to the US.) We were blown away with his professionalism, attention to detail, and negotiating skills to get us what we were looking for. Would highly recommend Carmen to anyone, and we will definitely be using him in the future to sell our other rental properties. Thank you so much Carmen!
