We set out on the listing process for our home..we contacted an agency we had used in the past. Our agent was no longer with them, and we found that the service we were getting was not satisfactory. After receiving a referral for Zach, we decided to give him a call. He was like a breath of fresh air. From our first contact with him, he was always quick to respond, and followed up as promised. It was a slow market when we listed the house, and we joked with him that we had always sold our homes in less than two weeks, but we thought that this was the one time that this was not going to happen. To our surprise, it sold in 5 days with multiple offers. This was all thanks to Zach…he used his experience and extensive real estate knowledge to close the deal. We would definitely use Zach for any future real estate dealing.
