Zach was very helpful in the purchase of our first home. He was transparent, honest and easy to work with . He had all the connections for every step of the purchase. The only thing nicer than our first house was zachs hand shake and smile!

I have bought and sold several properties and Zach was by far the best agent we have ever used! His knowledge of the area and market trends as well as his negotiation skills were key factors in us selling our home quickly for the right price and with a 7 month close to allow for our new build to be completed. Zach is personable, friendly and willing to put in the time. He initiated and conducted several Open Houses for us which is not my experience with other realtors who typically try to avoid these. Most notable however, are Zach’s communication skills. He is responsive, articulate and patient. As Zach was also managing our new build, he endured 7 months of our inquiries, questions and anxiety with respect and ease. Never once did I feel uncomfortable reaching out to him. Zach always responded quickly with the information we needed. Ridiculous as it seems, there was never a need to follow up with Zach; one email and you got what you needed! Overall Zach is competent, reliable and dedicated and I highly recommend him. If we ever decide to move again, Zach will absolutely be my go to agent!
