Yan is very attentive, knows the psychology of the market but most importantly he really cares to help his clients. He is responsive even late at night when his kids go to sleep. And he was so kind to offer to pay for our extra moving costs when our closing got delayed even though he really didn't have to offer. He's just kind and caring.
