We had a wonderful experience working with Yannick to buy our first home! He was knowledgeable, walked us through all the steps so we knew what the home buying process entailed, and was able to work within our budget. He had a good eye for details and was straightforward about the pros and cons of the houses we saw so we could make an informed decision. He was always very responsive to our messages and got things done quickly. We really appreciated that he was willing to travel outside the city many times for showings, as we wanted a house on the outskirts of Ottawa. When it came down to putting in an offer, he put in extra work doing research to help us send in a strong offer and ultimately get us the home of our dreams. He also referred us to other professionals required for the home buying process, all of which have been extremely helpful and lovely people. We would definitely recommend Yannick to our friends and family if they are ever looking for a real estate agent!

Yannick truly went above and beyond. He gave us great advice on how to submit a strong rental application and was an incredible asset when reviewing the lease, flagging important items and helping us get modifications from the property manager. Throughout the entire process, he was straightforward, honest, and never applied any pressure. It genuinely felt like we had a friend guiding us through the rental market and looking out for our best interests.
