Mark and Yael are absolutely amazing! We would never have found our dream home without them. This was our first home and we were very new to the process. Mark and Yael were with us every step of the way. They truly care about us and helping us find our perfect home. For example, we found one property that we loved and were in the process of placing a bid on it, however Mark called me the next day to let me know there was another property that fit our needs perfectly and was listed for less than the original property. This was the home we ended up purchasing and it would never have happened without Mark and Yael’s help. They go above and beyond for you in every single way and I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Yael was a wonderful agent to have along the whole process!! She was very helpful and responsive. The way she facilitated communication between us and the owner is excellent and thoughtfull. She also did her best to make sure we move in as soon as possible considering the situation we have been through. And even afterwards, she continues to help out with any questions/inquiries we have. It was a great pleasure to have worked with her!

This is the first house i bought, with no knowledge and experience, and Yael and Mark made it smooth and easy. Mark went all over the island checking properties- and we looked at many- with full enthusiasm and energy until he found me a home. Yael knowledge and expertise helped sifting through the properties on the market, and then closed the deal nicely and properly.

Yael and Mark were a ton of fun and extremely responsive. They advised very well on property selection and strategic negotiations, doing about double the work of the selling agents, through three offers and inspections! I would not have felt as confident or comfortable buying my first condo without their patience and support. They were also with me every step of the way, which is a lot more than I can say for some other brokers.
