What a wonderful experience working with Yael and Mark for over a year viewing different condos until I finally found the right one! Most importantly, I had an accepted offer with a seller that tried to stick me with a tenant and Yael was instrumental is identifying the legal parameters I had to abide by in order to get out of the closing process and request remediation by the seller. Without her I wouldn't have known how to best handle a situation where the seller is trying to take advantage of the buyer like this. After viewing dozens of condos in the Old Port and Griffintown, we finally found the right place! I'm super happy to have worked with Yael to find it, especially the patience with my search for the right spot.
