She is probably the friendliest person you will ever meet and her knowledge of what is involved and (even more importantly) what is necessary in a real estate transaction is unmatched! I can say with certainty it can be difficult to impress myself (a lawyer) and my husband (a carpenter) and Wendy did so over and over again. Wendy can be trusted to get the deal done and done right.
