Wayne has a friendly, jovial personality which he combined with extensive, up to date knowledge of properties relevant to the one which i was selling. He also made an excellent reference for painting work that needed to be done.

Wayne went over and above to accommodate my needs. He accommodated our unique needs and was very compassionate to our situation.

Wayne made the process simple by advocating for me. He gave step by step instructions and allowed me to navigate the process in my time as it was an emotional time for me. With my elevated stress level he was patient and had referred me to avenues that I needed to have in place to make the selling of my father's home easy. His empathy in the situation was a true value for me. He treated me with respect .

We are very fortunate to have worked with Wayne in acquiring our first home in London, ON. He is very professional, knowledgeable and was willing to extend our search outside of our initial target area. He looked after our best interest, assisting us in our needs even after we moved.
