Wasim is a friendly, professional, and diligent real estate professional, who has above average business acumen and very jovial in nature. There is nothing impossible for Wasim, his Positive Attitude is contagious and allows him to set a healthy environment around him. In my business deal, I would like to have Wasim in my corner!

Before choosing a real estate agent, my mom and I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice to help us find a home for my mom. Wasim Jarrah and his Real Estate Team stood out as the best in our local area. His organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings. We spoke with Wasim and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes sold, how long the listings have stayed on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Wasim made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should). My mom ending up finding the home perfect for her. Wasim made sure the transaction was seamless.
