Wasim is the perfect realtor. Due to circumstances I had to handle the de- cluttering ( after 32years) , getting set for the staging, Wasim took control and handled it all for me. He used advanced real estate tools like a virtual home walkthrough that allowed prospective buyers to visit, see and feel the layout of my home remotely on their computer. Wasim took a hands on approach in preparing my home for listing on the market. He personally did a lot of the labour himself (e.g. shopping for and installing new light fixtures), recommended trusted trades where needed and provided an excellent design professional for staging the house. In hindsight I could not have imagined a better outcome for the sale of my largest asset. I would not hesitate to use Wasim again and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional agent for their real estate needs.
