We called the RE/MAX office in Saskatoon and the office passed our contact information along to Warren. It was a serendipitous discovery to find Warren, and we found that there is indeed a reason for his high ranking. Warren is very much willing to spend time listening to his clients, and the process of selling the house was extremely easy. On the same day that the house was placed on the market for sale, Warren already had a client and a contract for sale. We signed the contract that evening, and a few weeks later, we had a sale from the first potential buyer who viewed the house. The buyer also bid higher than the asking price, so we received more than what we had expected. Throughout the process, Warren was willing to call or text us outside of business hours, and he was also willing to help with the donation or removal of furniture. He was also willing to visit the house to turn on the water, open windows, and fix incongruities that might have affected the sale. Warren is tactful, honest and easy to deal with. He is amazingly responsive, cordial and relaxed. We would definitely have him sell another house in the future. He's probably the most devoted and best realtor in Saskatoon. When I indicate that Warren is devoted, he is not only caring for the seller, but also for the buyer. His communication is open, clear, and honest. We were so lucky to find him.
