Warren is an example of everything you want in a Real Estate Agent: he operates with honesty and integrity, and his knowledge about the city itself, as well as the methodical way of dealing with each step of the home purchase process, is a great relief to a new homebuyer. He is a detail-oriented, realistic person who actually cares about getting you what you actually need, and will be honest about whether something is to be expected or is out of the ordinary in an older home, for example. As a result, he will never push someone into something that he can see is not the right move. That level of integrity and genuine concern for his client is what separates Warren from the pack. He is experienced enough in his field that when he sees an opportunity to save you money, or knows in his gutt that he could go to bat for you and help you out on your end as his client, he does it... and with fabulous results! That's the reason someone can confidently put their trust in him, because if he can see a way to go the extra mile for his client, he will. This is the second time I've personally had Warren as my agent, at two completely different points in my life, and the whole reason I chose to go back to him was because of all the reasons listed above. First time home buyer and let me tell you how nerve racking / scary it was…found many many houses was weeks of spamming Warren with ads.. Warren would not allow me to look at a house unless he knew 100% it was worth our time. Warren literally went above and beyond - was extremely patient and kind though our whole process, he was always on the ball and remembered even the smallest of details - if it wasn’t for Warren I probably would of lost my mind. Your understanding and being on top of everything made this whole transaction smooth even with some of the random difficulties we had to go though… I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - my family appreciate you.
