Warren was an excellent agent who worked hard to sell our home in a challenging market. He is meticulous with paper work and did an excellent job describing each step in the process to us so there were never any surprises!

The house we bought had unfinished repairs that would have scared us off (as I’m sure they did other buyers) had it not been for Warren taking the time to go through all of the permits and inspection reports.
