Such an honest & stable top realtor, Mr. Warren Ens of Saskatchewan Realtor, the RE/MAX Bridge City Realty in SK!! He killed all of our anxiety and qualm particularly when we were hunting for home during the pandemic!! Mr. Warren Ens has outperformed in advising with the top-quality recommendations for what we questioned on the houses as a true, experienced professional with the highest integrity. Constantly, he responded to my questions in seconds, whenever I asked during the weekends and at nights, which saved our money and time down the road. My family was formidably impressed at what he accomplished whenever we needed his helps from initial contact to closing, he was "there" for us with the solutions. On a scale of 10, with 10 being excellent, our experience with his recommendation and helps was an "11". We will definitely come back to him for recommendations with all of his professionalism, exactness, patience, and general savvy about the Real Estate market, next time when need of real estate ever again arises.

Warren’s experience and contacts made it so he could answer any question about a property - would it be possible to complete a major renovation? Who was the builder of this home? What school would our kids go to? He answered all of our questions and talked us through decisions. He was always willing to go above and beyond. He was very accommodating and wonderful with our kids and equipped us with excellent knowledge when it came time to make an offer. Highly recommend!

Warren has excellent knowledge of the townhouse market and was a great help with this purchase.
