Outstanding! We met Walker as my Wife and I walked into an open house, agent-less, and he was showing it! The condo was in our budget, near our cousins place on east hill. So naturally we wanted to see it. There, he kindly shows us the place, talks and listens with us about our situation. Realizing the place we are in won’t work for us due to our dogs size, he quickly pivots and sends me three listings that would work for our budget and situation, before my wife and I had even sat back down in our car. From there on out we have found Walker to be a fine gentleman and an absolute pleasure to work with. His down to earth nature, genuine ear and quick thinking, made buying our first home streamlined, and positive! We found the perfect value, ground floor 3 bed condo that fit our budget, and we made the deal happen, no bs. Straight forward. I’m blue collar and like simple and stupid and he made it that way for me ;) He hustled, serious sweat, real elbow grease, to get the showings and timings lined up for our schedule. He patiently showed my wife over 30+ places that fit our parameters, and we narrowed down on the home we loved. He was great at laying out options and I never felt as if my wife and I weren’t in control. His guidance and communication was top notch and I’m glad we chose him through cosmic passing! His wonderful sister and partner RD helped bridge the load over the Christmas season and was monumental for making us feel taken care of! My wife and I can’t thank him and RD enough for making our first home buying experience smooth! I now know who I will be using for any of my life’s future real estate transactions :) You are in good hands with Walker and RD! 11/10
