<p>Vivienne returned my call within 5 minutes when I first reached out to her. She arrived at my home for the listing appointment very well prepared. My listing was not easy to price as there were not any real comparables.<br /> I was very impressed by the brochure created and the written listing.Marketing began immediately and successfully created a great deal of interest and multiple showings.<br /> We ran into some challenges with the condo documents and lack of cooperation from the management company but second offer was successfully negotiated. I firmly believed that if I had a less tenacious realtor I would not have sold my property.<br /> I don't love texts and would probably have liked some more personal conversations but I respect that texting is an efficient way of communicating and keeps a good record.</p>
