Victoria was amazing in helping us find our home here in Calgary. From start to finish, Victoria was attentive, knowledgeable about the different areas in Calgary, and incredibly responsive through text messages and emails. She helped us get clear on our wants/needs in a property and not settle in this hot housing market. Victoria really made our house buying experience very smooth and worry free. She is passionate about her work and we will 100% work with Victoria for any future home purchases or sales in Calgary.

As we hadn't been buyers in this area before, and hadn't been buyers for a few years, she gave us information on the advantages and disadvantages (for us) of buying new, building, older versus newer, etc., which allowed us to make a very informed decision. Was accurate in her suggestions for offers, and the time frame to request a reply. The whole process was made less stressful with her expertise. Would definitely recommend her.

I'm really happy I chose Victoria as the real estate agent to handle the selling of a house as part of an Estate sale. I live out of province and at first the idea of selling remotely was quite daunting, however Victoria managed to ease the stress and reassured me that this process would go smoothly. She was quite professional and always took the time to explain the process as well as all the possible outcomes. She was well prepared for our meetings and appeared to know what the market was like in the area. She offered helpful suggestions to make small improvements that would increase the appearance of the home for sale, as well she coordinated the completion of the improvements. I was quite pleased with her ability to negotiate with the buyer's agent and she had increased their offer to my full asking amount. Victoria was able to sell the house in just under four weeks! In the event that I am buying or selling a house in Calgary again, I would hire Victoria without hesitation.
