Vessie is a force of nature. For months, Vessie worked with my family, educating us about what to look for when considering houses built in the early 1980s, which were often poorly maintained. Vessie helped me navigate that. After the purchase, she was present for the walkthrough with potential contractors for the remodel and had a keen eye for who would likely be up for the task. Vessie is direct and blunt, which is exactly what you want from professionals with significantly more experience. However, she was always extremely professional and polite.
