She always arrived in a timely manner and with a smile on her face despite many of our appointments being in the pouring rain. She pointed out things about each apartment so that we were aware of potential flaws as well as all the positives. She knew what we were looking for and only showed us listings that suited our needs. At each viewing she made sure that we saw all the amenities such as parking and storage. She spent as much time as we needed at each place and was more than happy to go back to a place when I wanted to see it again. She responded in a very timely manner to all text messages and emails. She negotiated on our behalf wisely and we were delighted to purchase the home that we are now in. She gave us sound advice when putting in offers and her professional knowledge was an asset.
