Val is very patient and knowledgeable. She helped guide us during our very tight timeline and was able to sell our house in an incredibly short period of time. Much of the communication had to be done remotely and it went seamlessly. I always recommend Val to anyone I know.

I have sold several properties worldwide in the last 20 years. I've dealt with many realtors and I must say, from the moment I met Valerie, I was impressed. She was prepared, knowledgable and easily answered every question I had, no matter what I threw at her. For the first time I felt like I was meeting with a team member and not a sales person. From then on, we worked as a team; bouncing ideas and strategies off each other. She did not preach to me, but guided me when I had questions and listened to me when I had my own thoughts. Selling a home is usually a stressful undertaking, but with Valerie I felt confident and sure throughout the entire process.
