Twila is great to work with. She could foresee all the tripping points during the life of the listing and was a great help to manage the viewings. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor - buying or selling.

I really can't say enough positive things about Twila. She was so patient with us for the almost year it took us to decide to sell and buy and then she jumped in and got the job done as soon as we were ready. My husband and I had conflicting ideas about how the selling and buying process would go, and Twila was able to mesh both of our ideas and make sure everyone was happy and heard at the end of the day. Everything that Twila told us about what to expect with the process, the market, the buyers was SPOT ON. Honestly it was as if she could tell the future, everything turned out exactly as she advised, which really speaks to her expertise and industry knowledge. It provided such a level of comfort and confidence working with her. On top of that, she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I never had a time where I wasn't able to get ahold of her, she did so much for us outside of just being an amazing realtor and she actually introduced us to our mortgage broker (who is also amazing) because her list of contacts is incredible! When we sold our house, we had a gap of time before the house we purchased would be ready and Twila helped us navigate that on top of everything she was already taking care of dealing with a quick possession new build that my husband and I were completely unfamiliar with! And of course, when I forgot to get internet hooked up at the new house on moving day, Twila swooped in and saved the day again which is so far out of her list of responsibilities! We would (and do!) recommend Twila to everyone and if/when we need to sell our beautiful new home we already know who to call!

My experience with Twila was a great one. She is a true professional! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the market and platforms to use to maximize exposure for me as a seller of a unique property. Always mindful of my conflicted feelings about my decision to sell. And my parents in the mix. I really appreciated her sensitive style. As she tried constantly to reign in the buyers many requests for entry before possession. I would not hesitate to recommend Twila.

She was very knowledgeable about the building codes & things that would need to be done to the home. She put us in touch with some great people for home inspection & quotes for repairs.
