Troy was great in sending me houses that matched what I was looking for. Houses are selling so fast so he was on the ball, sending me listings as they came available. He kept me informed and up to date the entire process. Troy really made buying my first home a smooth and easy process!

Troy is an understanding and respectful realtor. He was quick in setting up views and offers in this seller's market where it was very hard to get to view a house that you'd like. He answered all the questions with a quick response at any time of the day. He helped get the deal we wanted and on top of it, he also went an extra step and bargain a few fixes that the house needed. He also helped me find an inspector since being a first time home buyer we had no ideas. We are very grateful that we found troy to get the home we wanted.

Troy was great to work with. We looked at 30+ properties. He he never made me feel pressured to purchase anything; I felt he truly wanted me to find "the one". He did a great job in guiding me through the negotiation process. Troy and I built a great working relationship and I'm so thankful for him and his guidance!
