When buying our house we had a very tight timeline and needed to see a lot of houses and make a decision in a short period of time. Troy was extremely understanding and accommodating with this, scheduling showings for us to maximize the time that we had and planning things in advance to ensure that the home inspection and other things could be completed on our short timeline. Troy also understood that we had our toddler with us and all the things that go with that. Troy went out of his way to communicate with us, keeping us updated with everything along the way and answering all of our questions, which we really appreciated and made the process way less stressful. When factors beyond all of our control complicated things for the removal of conditions, Troy came up with an amazing solution that saved the day. He truly went out of his way on all things to help us! Troy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind and we were extremely happy working with him. Even our toddler still talks about him weeks later. Troy was very personable, not at all pressuring and we always felt like he was on our side. We would highly recommend Troy to anyone looking to buy or sell, and we will definitely be using him and his team when it comes time for us to sell our house!
