Tracy was fantastic and extremely helpful during a whirlwind purchase. From viewing, to offer acceptance was about 4.5 hours! Tracy was up front with all the information we'd need for an informed decision, and provided fantastic advice (which we took, and was likely a large contributing factor to our successful purchase!)
